About Disordered Eating Awareness Week

Disordered Eating Awareness Week was born out of the reality that much of what we’ve been taught about food and “health” is disordered.

While many of us don’t associate with having an “eating disorder,” we know something isn’t right.

We’re anxious.
We’re restricting.
We’re thinking obsessively about food.

Our mission is to bring awareness to this struggle, create a welcoming space for you to explore your relationship with food, and provide you with professional insights and strategies to find another way.

Because there IS another way.
