LET’S CHANGE THAT

We’ve been lied to over and over
by a $70 Billion dollar industry.

Food is the primary
determinent of health.

A small body is a “healthy”
and worthy body.

You can’t trust yourself
with food.

Health and wellbeing is equally available to all of us.

This has led many of us to a deeply disordered way of being.

Disordered Eating Awareness Week is here to support the individuals impacted while also examining systems that keep us believing we have to choose these disordered ways of being.

In doing so, we can challenge what we believe, recognize the disordered habits, and rediscover joy through healing.
